Automated rules can be very useful to use when you are unable to work on your account, do you have a promotion that needs to stop on a particular date? Or maybe just need to pause or enable when you can’t be there?
The above video shows how to do it, but you can also use this automation for adgroups, ads and keywords.
The important part of the above video is to follow the preview part of automation, you can see when I go through the steps, it shows what would happen if your rule ran now – in some instances when using automation, it wont work in the way you expect it does, so its very important to preview before making these changes.
