Adding multiple negatives to many campaigns normally requires Google Ads editor and is what I use. If however you need an alternative, negative keyword lists can come in handy.

As you can label your lists, you could argue that you can be more organised with the type of negative you are adding e.g. list of locations. This may well come in handy when you want to remove them (if needed) in the future.
